The fur industry is mainly associated with the production of mink skins. Dyeing, dressing and sewing enterprises in Europe mainly use raw materials produced also in Europe. Fur production of products is another step up the value chain of the finished product from raw hides obtained from fur farms to fur auctions, to the level of retail trade in fur and end customers.
